"I don't believe in tanking," he asserted. "Every time I step out there, I'm competing to win. Billy wants us to compete every night, and that's what we're doing. I don't like that word, and I'm not giving up."
Despite the added pressure and the team's nosedive, Buzelis maintains a certain naivety and innocence. His mental health coach has been helping him build a resilient mentality, focusing on the importance of perspective and the impact it has on one's life.
"I'm working on being the best player I can be every possession," he shared. "It's about the mentality."
